Mark takes a creative approach to the practice of law as a result of his unique background in business, real estate and financial services prior to going to law school in 1997. Mark has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and has created, developed and directed businesses in financial services, international trade and distribution and professional services. He is a licensed attorney, Realtor and financial advisor.
As an attorney, Mark has valuable experience in Business Law, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, Investment Law, Estate Planning and Asset Protection. For over 10 years Mark has been a talk show host and guest on various radio stations and a frequent speaker at continuing education and seminar events for attorneys, real estate agents and other professionals. He actively mentors other attorneys in prosperity law.
Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California and obtained a certificate in taxation. He served on the Maricopa Bar Association Task Force for Minorities and Women. Mark also sat on the Board of Lamson College and is a former chair of Maricopa Lawyer.
Mark served for many years in the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard and achieved the rank of Major. He is very active in his church and community. Mark and his wife, Shelly, have six children and nine grandchildren.

Justin Call is a Prosperity Attorney committed to providing his clients with an exceptional level of service and care. He focuses his practice in the areas of Residential Landlord/Tenant Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Simple Estate Planning & Asset Protection for Landlords and others. Justin graduated from the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school he focused his studies on Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Court Room Litigation. He also participated in the Lode Star Mediation Clinic where he became a certified mediator and volunteered with the Maricopa County Justice Courts. Although he is prepared to go to court, Justin sees the value of working towards negotiated agreements that benefit his clients as opposed to pursuing the costly road of litigation.
Prior to law school Justin graduated from the W.P. Cary School of Business where he received his bachelors degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona, and has assisted individuals, families, and investors with Residential, Commercial, and Multi-family real estate needs. He is a certified instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and enjoys teaching required Continuing Education classes for Real Estate agents in Arizona.
As an Arizona native, Justin enjoys hiking, visiting our local lakes, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.

Joe Urtuzuastegui III is an Attorney at Winsor Law Group,PLC and graduated from the Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University. Prior to graduating from LSU’s school of law, Joe worked in the Real Estate industry serving as a Property Manager, and Buyer and Seller Agent while being named to SEVRAR’s YPN Top 40 Under 40 in 2013, and he is still a licensed real estate agent.
Joe graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana where he was a member of the Demons Baseball Team, and following his time at NSU, he has been a professional and collegiate baseball coach. Joe has a passion to find the right solutions for clients and to provide them with the guidance and tools to live prosperous lives.

Jeremiah gained his legal skills working in criminal defense and plaintiff’s civil litigation. He is committed to providing his clients with an exceptional level of service and care. He knows how a trial runs and is not shy when a case calls him in front of a judge. Jeremiah is an entrepreneur and started and ran his own firm before joining Winsor Law Group. In civil litigation, Jeremiah often dealt with debilitating injuries or death. Life changing issues often cause clients to have to reexamine their lives and bring financial planning and preparation into focus.
Jeremiah graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2015. He is a member of Latin Bar Association of Washington and speaks Spanish fluently. He is also on the board of the Slavic Bar Association of Washington and can converse in Russian.
Jeremiah is a member of the Army National Guard. Having a financial plan and being prepared helps Jeremiah be able to serve in the armed forces without fear. No matter what the outcome, he knows his family will be protected. He is active in his church and community. When he is not helping clients solve legal issues, he spends his time with his wife and four sons

Lorel Winsor joined Winsor Law Group as Law Firm Administrator in 2017. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing our facilities and affiliate offices, personnel and information systems.
She has honed her administrative skills for many years in the areas of accounting, paralegal work, and manages the implementation of human resource initiatives and policies and procedures. She maintains all of the back office support for the firm. She has gained paralegal experience in the areas of Estates and Trusts, Probate, Business law and Prosperity Law, and now has extensive law office management experience.
Lorel is married with four children and five grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family. Her hobbies include sewing, crafting, reading, spoiling her grandchildren, cooking and travel.
