Family Law Guide

Valued Colleague,

Many Family Law Attorneys we work with on a regular basis have expressed appreciation at being able to contact our firm to get simple questions answered for their clients. Indeed, it is often the Family Law attorneys who are initially contacted by former or current clients with estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust, or other questions that are outside of their comfort or practice areas. We also appreciate that Family law Attorneys maintain very demanding schedules.

We prepared this quick-reference manual with two objectives: save you time by being able to respond quickly to simple threshold questions and provide a foundational knowledge to flag potential future issues where we may be able to help your clients or potential clients avoid potential heartache, frustration, and expense that we see all too regularly in our practice. Most of which is often easily prevented. We intend to add to this quick-reference manual from time to time and will send additions.

Thanks for your time, and happy and quick reading!

Sincerely,

The Attorney’s at Winsor Law Group, PLC
